LEASE RESTRICTIONS:
You cannot sync license any song using leased instrumentals (NO YouTube Content ID).

You must purchase a lease to use any beat and you must apply vocals to a song using a leased beat before release (you cannot redistribute the instrumental in its original form). Full production credit must be provided. Any songs registered with a publishing company (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) must include a split with producer (inquire before registering with a publishing society).
